Cookies Policy

The following information on our Cookies Policy reflects the commitment of KENKO IMALYTICS, SL (hereinafter “KENKO IMALYTICS”), as data controller, to using cookies and similar technologies while guaranteeing the right to privacy of each of the users of our services.

In this document, we explain how we use cookies and similar technologies during the use of our services:

DESCRIPTION OF COOKIES

A “Cookie” is a small text file that a website stores in the user’s browser, facilitating navigation through a website, and cookies are essential for the functioning of the Internet.

Cookies are used, for example, to remember users’ preferences on the website: language, browser used; to analyse the user’s habits and behaviour in order to improve the services offered, or to adapt the contents of a website to the visitor’s preferences.

WHAT TYPE OF COOKIES WE USE

According to the entity that manages them

  • First-party cookies: These are cookies that are sent to your device from our own devices or domains and from which we provide the service you request from us.
  • Third-party cookies: These are cookies that are sent to your device from a device or domain that is not managed by us, but by another collaborating entity. Such as, for example, those used by social networks, or by external content.

According to the length of time they remain active

  • Session cookies: These are temporary cookies that remain in your browser’s cookie file until you leave the website, and therefore none are recorded on your computer’s hard drive. The information obtained through these cookies is used to analyse web traffic patterns. In the long run, this allows us to provide a better experience, improve the content and make it easier to use.
  • Persistent cookies: These are stored on the hard drive and our website reads them each time you make a new visit. A permanent website has a specific expiry date. The cookie will stop working after that date. We generally use these cookies to facilitate purchasing and registration services.

According to their purpose

  • Strictly necessary: These cookies are necessary to facilitate proper browsing of our website and ensure that content loads efficiently, allowing proper use of the different options or services that exist on it, such as carrying out the purchase process or controlling fraud linked to the security of the service. Analytical and aggregate cookies are included to count site traffic and the pages visited.
  • Analytics and optimisation: These are first-party or third-party cookies that allow us to optimise your experience on the website by evaluating its performance and improving it by adding new functionalities.
  • Personalisation: These allow the user’s preference information to be saved in order to improve the quality of our services and to offer a better experience through recommended products. Some may be multi-device.
  • Behavioural advertising: These cookies are used to store information about users’ behaviour obtained through continuous observation. Thanks to them, we can learn about browsing habits on the website and show advertising related to your browsing profile.

Some cookies may also be used for security, performance optimisation and protection against fraudulent or malicious activity affecting the website.
