Kenko Imalytics is a health-tech company delivering clinical AI Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) for MRI decision support in oncology. We transform complex multiparametric MRI data into explainable, physiologically grounded imaging biomarkers that clinicians can interpret, trust, and act upon.
Our solutions are designed for hospital environments, where radiologists and multidisciplinary teams face increasing imaging complexity and time pressure. By converting MRI-derived data into quantitative, interpretable biomarker maps, Kenko Imalytics supports more consistent, transparent, and clinically defensible decision-making across the oncology pathway, including tumour boards.
Founded as a Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) spin-off, Kenko Imalytics builds on decades of research in multivariate statistics and medical image analysis. This scientific foundation underpins our commitment to transparency, interpretability, and clinical confidence, preserving full clinician responsibility while enhancing clarity in high-stakes decisions.
Kenko Imalytics exists to unlock the full potential of MRI and data science to advance human understanding of cancer and improve how cancer care is delivered.
We believe scientific discovery fulfils its purpose only when it reaches clinical practice, when complex imaging data becomes clear, interpretable evidence that supports better decisions for patients.
Our mission is to support radiologists and multidisciplinary teams in high-stakes decision-making by bringing clinical confidence to cancer imaging through scientifically grounded, explainable biomarkers.
We pursue this by developing transparent, physiologically meaningful AI that integrates into routine hospital workflows, strengthening clarity, consistency, and trust while preserving full clinician responsibility.
We are guided by three principles:
• Scientific Precision - Biomarkers grounded in physiology and validated through research.
• Transparent Intelligence - AI designed to be understood, not guessed.
• Human Understanding - Technology that supports clinicians and keeps the patient at the centre of care.
